Korean food recipe #2 / How to cook stir-fried spicy pork
Jeyuk-bokkeum ( in Korean) is a very common food in Korea. It is Stir-fried pork with seasoning It appears a lot at dinner. The food is fried with various vegetables, so the nutrition is balanced. As a housewife, I prefer this side dish Because the cooking time is fast This is because it fits well with the diet of children, especially boys, in their growing period (teenagers). (Boys are always hungry and always eat a lot.) However, they often have a more light fish side dish (it takes a little more time than stir-fried jeyuk, but it doesn't take that much time, but it's a bit cumbersome to prepare fish dishes when preparing dinner after work or before going out to work in the early morning). I feel sorry for not being able to prepare fish-things which i think more nutritious. I introduced a video of a common Korean dish, this Jeyuk-bokkeum. (FYI, I just started YouTube and haven't been able to fully explain how to cook... please cosider it and endure my poor video ^^...
