 Meet China in Korea : Incheon Chinatown Every weekend I stroll , walk around the neighborhood ..just for work out or lose weight...   even it isn't working very well. and i find out so many beautiful - very natural and simple lifestyle often.  This is the last place of our trip, Rome. I'm on my way to Pinchow Hill. It's not steep, but I'm tired because I have a lot of parots on my body. No one is in a hurry, no one is complaining, and I just wander up without saying anything. The height of the Pinchow Hill is only...  Since a few years, In korea, Chabak ( carcamping ) in Korean is getting very much popular. I'm also trying it a few times and here is the first one.  Since my youtube is also in a try, i hope to myself that i can continue in the future ~ My first CHABAK challenge This place is located in the southern part of Korea and absolutely has a great view and one of places many Koreans choose for their kids educational experience and as a short vacation spot.  Jeyuk-bokkeum ( in Korean)  is a very common food in Korea. It is Stir-fried pork with seasoning It appears a lot at dinner. The food is fried with various vegetables, so the nutrition is balanced. As a housewife, I prefer this side dish Because the cooking time is fast This is because it fits well with the diet of children, especially boys, in their growing period (teenagers). (Boys are always hungry and always eat a lot.) However, they often have a more light fish side dish (it takes a little more time than stir-fried jeyuk, but it doesn't take that much time, but it's a bit cumbersome to prepare fish dishes when preparing dinner after work or before going out to work  in the early morning). I feel sorry for not being able to prepare fish-things which i think more nutritious. I introduced a video of a common Korean dish, this Jeyuk-bokkeum. (FYI, I just started YouTube and haven't been able to fully explain how to cook... please cosider it and endure my poor video ^^...
